"It has come to our notice that even though COMEDK has cautioned them, some candidates are still relying on third parties like internet cafes, education consultants, random websites, etc. for all COMEDK-related activities, be it applying, downloading TAT or rank cards, choice filling in counselling or payment of fees. COMEDK again advises aspiring candidates and their parents/guardians against such third parties which may result in compromise of your personal information which may fall into wrong hands and cause you financial loss," a notification said.
It further added, "Candidates and their parents/guardians who indulge in any such activities will do so at their own risk and consequences. COMEDK shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in this regard. COMEDK advises candidates to bring these activities to the notice of the relevant law enforcement authorities."
