The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the first round seat allotment list for admission to engineering courses on July 28, 2025. Candidates who took the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam and participated in the counselling process can now check their Round 1 seat allotment result by visiting the official website comedk.org.

COMEDK's engineering counselling process is being conducted for a total of 26,827 seats across 217 participating colleges. The choice filling process for the mock round was held from July 18 to July 20, and the mock allotment results were released on July 22. Students who had to make corrections after the mock results were allowed to edit options from July 22 to 24.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 1 must report to the respective college by 4 pm on August 1, 2025. If a candidate wishes to cancel his allotted seat, he can do so by August 4 at 4 pm.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to check their seat allotment status:
Step 1. Visit the official website – https://www.comedk.org
Step 2. Click on the "UGET Round 1 Allotment Result" link (available soon)
Step 3. Log in using your registered credentials (application number & password)
Step 4. View and download the allotment result
Step 5. Take a printout for future reference
Candidates have to pay the entire fee at the time of accepting or upgrading their allotted seats. Only those students should report to the college who have accepted and secured their seat. It is mandatory for all candidates to appear in person at the college before the last deadline, otherwise their seat will be cancelled.
