The National Testing Agency (NTA) addressed rumors about the NEET UG 2024 paper leak, emphasizing that they are unfounded. They clarified that all question papers were securely handled, and no leaks occurred. Some social media posts alleged a paper leak, but the NTA confirmed that these claims lack evidence.
Regarding an incident in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, where some students took question papers before the exam ended, the NTA stated that this isolated event is not linked to any leak. They assured that strict security measures, including CCTV surveillance, prevent external access to exam halls once the test begins.

While acknowledging cases of malpractice, the NTA highlighted their post-exam analysis to identify unfair practices, with appropriate actions taken against offenders, such as cancellation of candidature.
Amidst concerns raised by Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the NTA reaffirmed the successful conduct of NEET UG 2024 across numerous centers, both nationally and internationally. This year saw a record number of registrations, exceeding 24 lakh, with nearly all registered students appearing for the exam.
In response to Gandhi's call for action against paper leaks, the NTA reiterated its commitment to fair examinations and emphasized the implementation of strict measures to uphold the integrity of the process.
