This presents candidates with an opportunity to make necessary adjustments to their Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) application forms. To facilitate these corrections, the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in, is now accepting modifications.

GATE 2024 Fee for Changes

Candidates seeking to modify details such as their name, date of birth, examination city, paper category, and gender will be required to pay a nominal fee of Rs 500. If you need to change your gender from female to any other category or category from SC/ST to any other, the fee is Rs 1,400.

GATE 2024 Important Dates:

The correction window for GATE 2024 applications is open until November 11. This allows candidates ample time to review and adjust their application details as needed.

GATE 2024 Exam Details:

GATE 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, with a focus on MTech admissions. The exam will take place in two sessions, with the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The questions will be of one and two marks. For a 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong response while for a 2-mark MCQ, 2/3 mark will be deducted. There will be no negative marking for MSQ and NAT questions.
