GATE 2024 Fee for Changes
Candidates seeking to modify details such as their name, date of birth, examination city, paper category, and gender will be required to pay a nominal fee of Rs 500. If you need to change your gender from female to any other category or category from SC/ST to any other, the fee is Rs 1,400.
GATE 2024 Important Dates:
The correction window for GATE 2024 applications is open until November 11. This allows candidates ample time to review and adjust their application details as needed.
GATE 2024 Exam Details:
GATE 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, with a focus on MTech admissions. The exam will take place in two sessions, with the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The questions will be of one and two marks. For a 1-mark MCQ, 1/3 mark will be deducted for a wrong response while for a 2-mark MCQ, 2/3 mark will be deducted. There will be no negative marking for MSQ and NAT questions.
