The GATE result 2022 will be Announced on Thursday, March 17, 2022 by IIT Kharagpur. The Institute will announce the GATE 2022 result on the official website: gate.itkgp.ac.in.
The candidates can download GATE score cards on March 21. It is also expected that IIT Kharagpur will publish the final answer key for GATE exam on the result declaration day.

Here’s Steps To Calculate GATE 2022 Score
In order to calculate the score using the answer key, candidates can use this formula
GATE score = total marks secured for correct response – negative marks for incorrect response.
It is noted that only MCQs have negative marking, the remaining type of question such as NAT has no negative marking.
The MCQs are one mark and two marks, the same marking scheme is for NAT (Numerical Answer Type) questions.
The validity of GATE 2022 scorecard will be 3 years only.
