ICSI 2026 Exam Schedule: CSEET & CS Exam Dates — Check Here

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the exam schedule for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) October 2026 session. It's also announced the dates for the CS Executive and Professional Programme exams, which will be held in December 2026.

According to the notification issued, the dates for the CSEET exam for October 2026 would be from October 1st to October 6th. The examination consists of four subjects in total. Business Communication is scheduled to be conducted on October 1st, while Fundamentals of Accounting is to be conducted on October 3rd, Economic and Business Environment on October 5th, and finally Business Laws and Management on October 6th.

The CS Executive and Professional Programme exams, under the 2022 syllabus, will take place from December 21 to December 28, 2026. Each paper will be held in a single afternoon shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates will get an extra 15 minutes, from 2 pm to 2:15 pm, to read the question paper.

There is no closed-book policy for writing the elective question papers. Candidates can take the help of their study materials while attempting the exam questions. The available topics for Elective 2 would be Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation, GST & Corporate Tax Planning, Labour Laws & Practices, Banking & Insurance–Laws and Practices, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy–Laws and Practices. Available Elective 1 topics would be from CSR & Social Governance to Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics & Cyber Security–Laws and Practices.

As per the ICSEI official notice, candidates have been advised to go through the notice to understand the entire process and eligibility. The admit card for the examination will be made available in due course.
