 JEE Main 2021 exam analysis for August 27 Shift 2: 

As per the JEE Main 2021 paper analysis provided by the students, the difficulty level was easy to moderate. Candidates can check the section-wise difficulty level of todays’ JEE Main paper in the table below.

• Physics - Students found the Physics section to be of moderate level. Almost every topic was covered. Magnetism and Mechanics have high weightage in 27 August shift 2.
• Chemistry - Questions asked in JEE Main 2021 chemistry section were from NCERT. High weightage this section was given to class 12th syllabus. Organic chemistry has high weightage while inorganic had very little weightage. Questions were asked from Mettalurgy and ores.
• Mathematics -The Maths section was moderate but a bit calculative. The mathematics section has a high weightage of Algebra. Questions in this section were asked from topics like a hyperbola, parabola, statistics, coordinate geometry, and 3D Geometry.

 Major Highlights of JEE Main 27th August Shift 2 Analysis (First Reaction): 

The Shift 2 exam concluded at 6:45 PM due to the late commencement of the exam due to server issues. Here are some of the major highlights of the August 27th Shift 2 analysis. 

• As per the first reaction of students, the overall difficulty level of the exam was almost moderate
• The Physics difficulty level was moderate 
• Chemistry was moderate
• Mathematics was also moderate
• Maths was lengthy but not tough
• Organic Chemistry had more weightage in this shift
• There were questions from Polymers, Biomolecules, and Chemistry in Everyday Life in Chemistry
• From Mathematics, there was a question from Mathematical Reasoning
• There was a question from Semiconductors, Communication
• Physical Chemistry questions were timeconsuming
• 2-3 questions in Mathematics was tricky
• If compared with shift 1, the difficulty level of Shift 2 is also similar
