JEE Main Session-2 Exam 2023 : 15 April Shift-2 Analysis, Review & Question Paper with Answer Key

NTA has successfully conducted the JEE Main April 15 shift 2 exams. The exam was held from 3 pm to 6 pm. JEE Main paper analysis with answer key and solutions will be available here.

NTA will conduct the JEE Mains session 2 exams on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The exam will be held in 330 cities across the country and 15 cities outside India. The exam will have two shifts each day, the morning shift from 9 am to 12 noon and the evening shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The shift-2 paper, as per the students’ analysis, was “moderate”. Candidates who appeared for the exam will share the difficulty level and memory-based questions from JEE Main today's (April 15 Shift 2) question paper.

Major Highlights of JEE Main Analysis 15 April 2023 Shift 2 (Student Reviews)

The major highlights of JEE Main analysis for the 15 April 2023 Shift 2 are given below. 

  • The question paper's overall difficulty level was Moderate.
  • In comparison to the session 1 exam, the shift 2 question paper on April 15th was difficult.
  • According to the first reaction, the physics was more tough than shift 1.
  • The overall difficulty level of the physics question paper was moderate.
  • In the physics section, there were more theoretical problems.
  • Vernier Caliper, Young's modulus, Unit Dimension, Communication System, Gravity, Oscillation, Moment of Inertia, and other physics questions were asked.
  • The chemistry section was easy to moderate and easier than the physics and maths sections.
  • There were more questions in chemistry from physical chemistry (as per the first reaction)
  • There were more theory-based questions in physical chemistry, and the overall difficulty level of chemistry was easy to moderate.
  • The chemistry questions were NCERT-based.
  • In chemistry, questions on polymers, isomers, and elastomers were posed.
  • Organic and inorganic chemistry problems were equally divided.
  • The maths section ranged from moderate to difficult.
  • In comparison to the 30th January Session 1 exam, the mathematics section was easy.
  • There were two questions from probability, 2-3 questions from vectors, one MCQ question on mathematical reasoning, and questions about definite and indefinite in mathematics.
