Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has started the Option Entry process for KCET Counseling 2025 from July 8, 2025. Candidates who are participating in the counseling process can choose their preferred colleges and courses through the official website of KEA cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

KEA has also released the Provisional Seat Matrix of the first stage along with the option entry, which will help the candidates to decide their options.

How to fill KCET 2025 Option Entry Link?

Candidates can easily fill their options by following the steps given below:
Visit the KEA website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Click on the “KCET 2025 Option Entry” link on the homepage.
Enter the registration details on the login page.
After logging in, fill the available college and course options.
Click on “Submit” after verifying all the information.
Download the confirmation page and keep a print of it for future reference.

What does the seat matrix include?

The provisional seat matrix released by KEA has details of seats for different categories:

Engineering General Quota Seat Matrix
Kalyan Karnataka Quota (Hyderabad-Karnataka) Seat Matrix
Special Category Quota
Agriculture & Veterinary Quota Seats (General & KK Category)

This seat matrix will help students decide which college or course they should choose. At present, KEA has not released the complete KCET Counselling 2025 schedule. Further dates are expected to be updated on the official website soon.
