KEA PGCET 2026 Document Verification Schedule Released — Check Form Correction Window

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published an updated notification regarding the Karnataka PGCET 2026 exam for the candidates appearing in the same. Two major updates have been included in the notification that relates to the schedule for document verification for certain engineering courses and correction in application form for a limited period of time.

According to the notification, document verification for certain ME, M.Tech, and M.Architecture courses will be conducted on July 10, 2026. It will be conducted during the day between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Document verification is limited to the candidates applying for Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Polymer Science, Textile Technology, and M.Architecture.

Karnataka PGCET Document Verification

The students need to bring along certain documents to the document verification center. These include mark sheets for each semester or year of the qualifying degree course, printed KEA Online Application form, valid identity card, and other relevant original documents that validate the information provided during the online application process. The students applying for M.Architecture will have to submit the PGETA-2026 mark sheet during the verification process.

The KEA has made it clear that the ranking will only be awarded to those candidates who successfully complete the document verification process. The ranking will be awarded according to the marks obtained in the qualifying degree course examination.

Karnataka PGCET Form Correction 2026

In addition to the verification schedule, KEA has also initiated a form correction window. It is available to all candidates who have applied for MBA, MCA, ME, M.Tech, and M.Architecture courses in the year 2026. This online portal for form correction will be available from 3rd July 2026 to 6th July 2026.
