Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has released the KIITEE 2025 Phase 1 result on the official website kiitee.kiit.ac.in on April 23. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can download the scorecard by logging in with their application number and date of birth.

KIITEE exam is conducted in three phases and through this the university provides admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The KIITEE Phase 1 results released on April 23, 2025 and the Phase 2 results tentatively available by July 2025.

Along with the result, the candidates have also been provided their scorecard, which contains information about name, roll number, category, date of birth, rank and cutoff marks.

It is mandatory for the candidates who pass the KIITEE 2025 exam to participate in the counseling process. Admission will not be granted if they do not participate in the counseling.

How to Check KIITEE Result 2025?

The process of checking KIITEE 2025 result is easy.

Step 1. Visit the official website of KIIT.
Step 2. Click on the “KIITEE 2025” section
Step 3. Enter the application number and date of birth
Step 4. Click on the “Login” button
Step 5. The KIITEE scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6. Download the scorecard and take a printout of it.

The process of getting marks in the exam is also clear. As per the marking scheme of KIITEE 2025, 4 marks are awarded for every correct answer while 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. No marks are awarded or deducted for questions that are left unanswered.

KIITEE 2025 Merit List and Tie-Breaking Rules

Tie-breaking rules apply in case of a tie in the merit list prepared on the basis of the result. For example, in B.Tech course, marks in Mathematics will be seen first, then Physics and finally the candidate with higher age will be given preference. Different tie-breaking criteria have been made for different courses like B.Sc Nursing, Biotechnology, Dual Degree, MCA, Law, Design, Media.

The most important step after the result is counseling. Students who pass KIITEE 2025 will soon be called for counseling. Only eligible and appearing candidates will be given admission.
