MAH MBA & MHT CET 2026: Registration Live Now, Two Attempts Available This Year

Students in Maharashtra planning to pursue an MBA or an Engineering degree, the registration window is now open for you. The State CET Cell has activated the application links for MAH MBA/MMS CET and MHT CET 2026.

Both registrations began on January 10, 2026, and you have until February 12 to fill out your forms. Let's look at the details.

Two Attempts This Year

Here's something interesting about this year's exam: you get two chances!

If your first attempt doesn't go well, or you want to improve your score, there will be a second attempt right afterward. Your best score will be considered for admission. So, less pressure, more opportunity!

Note that the MHT CET exam window is quite long. This is because millions of students participate in it, so they spread it out over several days.

How to Register?

The process is quite simple. Here's what you need to do:

Go to cetcell.mahacet.org and find the exam you want to apply for. If you are a first-time user, click on New Registration.

Enter your basic details – name, email, mobile number. Create your login credentials.

After registering, log in and start filling out the application form. Personal details, educational qualifications, exam preferences – these are all standard things.

Upload your documents. Photo, signature, and any certificates they require. Make sure to check the size and format requirements before uploading.

Pay the registration fee through online payment. UPI, net banking, card – whatever works for you.

Review everything before submitting. Take a printout of the confirmation page.

Done.

What's the Eligibility?

For MBA/MMS CET – You need a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Final year students are also eligible to apply.

For MHT CET – You must have passed or be appearing for the 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (for Engineering) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (for Pharmacy/Medical courses).

February 12th seems far away, but trust me, it will be here before you know it. And as the deadline approaches, the website slows down because everyone tries to apply at the same time.
