Maharashtra HSC Theory Exams 2022 for language papers scheduled to be conducted on March 5 and 7, 2022 are postponed! Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Thursday announced Maharashtra Class 12 new dates and said to conduct these papers after a month that is on April 5 and 7, 2022.
The board has decided to postpone exams as the question paper sets of Class 12 were gutted in a fire on Wednesday morning. The truck transporting the Maharashtra Class 12 board exam question papers caught fire in Ahmednagar district.
Maharashtra Class 12 Time Table 2022, Hindi, German, Japanese, Chinese and Persian language exams were scheduled on March 5, while those of Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Sindhi, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu, French, Spanish and Pali were scheduled on March 7.
As per a PTI report, MSBSHSE chairperson Sharad Gosavi said, "The truck that caught fire was transporting papers of exams which were to be held on March 5 and 7, and since the confidentiality of these papers has been compromised, we have decided to reschedule these exams. As per the protocol, these papers will have to be reset and reprinted for all nine divisions."
A truck carrying the question paper sets of Class 12 suddenly caught fire near Sangamner ghat in Ahmednagar district on Wednesday morning. The boxes containing question papers of various subjects were destroyed in the blaze and lay scattered on the road, informed a police official.
As per the Maharashtra HSC Theory Exams 2022 time table, exams for Class 12 will begin from March 4 and will continue till March 30. Meanwhile, Maharashtra SSC Theory Exams 2022 will begin from March 15 and will end on April 4, 2022. The exams for both classes will be conducted in offline mode.
