The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has decided to extend the reporting deadline for the first round of NEET UG 2025 counselling.
The move has been taken to facilitate students who needed additional time for document verification, submission of identity proof and payment of admission fee at the allotted medical or dental college.

Candidates who have got a seat in Round 1 will now have to complete the reporting by the revised last date, else their seat may get cancelled. The Round 1 seat allotment results are available on the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in, where candidates can check the status by logging in with their NEET UG application credentials.
Students who did not get a seat in the first round or who want an upgrade can participate in Round 2. For this, fresh registration, filling of choices, confirmation of seat allotment and reporting at the allotted college is mandatory.
MCC has already clarified the reservation and eligibility criteria, so all candidates are advised to complete the process on time.
NEET UG 2025 Counselling Reporting and Round 2 Process
- Visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.
- Login with NEET UG application credentials.
- Check Round 1 seat allotment status.
- Report to the allotted college if seat is confirmed.
- Submit required documents and identity proof.
- Pay the admission fee.
- Complete all the formalities within the deadline.
- Register for Round 2 (if eligible) and fill the choices.
- Check the seat allotment result and repeat the reporting process.
