The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has released the revised schedule for NEET UG 2025 counseling. This is an important update for the candidates who have passed the NEET UG 2025 exam and want to participate in the counseling process.

Especially the dates of Round 2 counseling have been changed, the full details of which are available on the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.

The Round 2 registration process will start from September 4 and end on September 9, 2025. Choice filling will start from September 5 and end on September 9, 2025. The choice locking facility will start from 4 pm on September 9 and will remain till 11.55 pm on September 9, 2025.

Round 2 registration starts: 4th September 2025
Last date for Round 2 registration: 9th September 2025
Choice filling: 5th September to 9th September 2025
Choice locking: 9th September (4 PM to 11:55 PM)
Seat allocation process: 10th and 11th September 2025
Seat allocation result: 12th September 2025
Reporting and joining institutes: 13th to 19th September 2025
Data verification (by institute): 20th and 21st September 2025

Application Process for Round 2 Counselling

Students who wish to participate in Round 2 NEET UG counselling can follow the steps given below:

First of all visit the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.
Click on the NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration link on the homepage.
A new page will open where registration has to be done.
After completing the registration, fill the application form.
Pay the prescribed application fee.
Download the confirmation page after submitting it.
Keep a print copy of it safe for future use.

MCC has extended the last date for resignation for Round 1 counselling till 3rd September 2025. Candidates who wish to resign from the allotted seat without forfeiting their security amount can apply till 5 PM.
