NEET UG 2025: MCC Counselling Registration Begins Today – Check Dates & Process

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the registration process for Round 1 of NEET UG counselling 2025 from July 21, 2025. This counselling is being conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing courses against 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and other central universities seats.

This year, around 12.36 lakh candidates have qualified NEET UG, who will compete for 1.18 lakh MBBS seats in 780 medical colleges across the country. The competition is around 10 candidates per seat.

NEET UG 2025 Counselling: Round 1 Important Dates

For 15% All India Quota (AIQ) & Central Universities:

How to apply for NEET UG 2025 counselling?

Candidates can follow the steps given below:

Visit the official website mcc.nic.in
Click on “New Registration” in the UG Medical Counselling section
Fill the NEET UG 2025 roll number, application number and other details
Pay the registration fee and security deposit online
Fill and lock the choices within the stipulated time
Upload all the documents on the portal and submit the form

Candidates must keep the following documents ready:

NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
Class 10th and 12th Marksheets and Certificates
Birth Certificate (if not in Class 10th Certificate)
Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD, if applicable)
Residence Certificate (for State Quota)
Passport Size Photograph (as given in NEET Form)
Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card etc.)
Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
