Candidates must follow all the exam rules to avoid any unfair practices. As per the rules, candidates have to verify their identity, behave appropriately during the exam and use only the permitted materials. Breaking these rules may lead to disqualification.

Here is a simple guide to help you understand what is not allowed during the exam.

➤ Carrying prohibited items: Do not bring extra stationery, gadgets, food, jewellery or any item that can be used for cheating.

➤ Impersonation: Do not try to impersonate someone else or use cheating material to take the exam in your place.

➤ Violating exam rules: Make sure to follow all the rules laid down by NTA for NEET UG 2025. Breaking these can lead to trouble.

➤ Helping others cheat: You cannot talk to or help other students cheat during the exam.

➤ Talking to staff without reason: Do not try to talk to exam staff unless necessary.

➤ Threatening anyone: Threatening exam officials or other candidates is not allowed.

No appeal : The NTA will not accept any appeal or request to change its decision.
