The NEET UG 2025 exam will be held offline, like it usually is. NTA confirmed on January 16 that students will mark their answers on Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets. While there were talks of changing the exam to an online format, it will still be held in the traditional offline mode this year.

Problems with Switching to Online NEET UG Exam

Possible Changes in the NEET UG 2025 Pattern

There might be some changes in the exam format this year. One report suggests that optional questions in Section B, where students answer 10 out of 15 questions, might be removed. Any changes will be officially announced by NTA.
