The choice filling process for Round 2 of NEET UG counselling 2025 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is going to end today, September 9, 2025.
Candidates who wish to participate in this round need to visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in and complete the registration and choice filling process. Choice locking will be available from 4 PM today till 11:55 PM, after which the link will be disabled.

Candidates who applied in the first round and did not get a seat, or did not report, do not need to re-register—they can directly participate in this round.

MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025: How to Register for the Second Round
Eligible candidates can follow the steps given below to apply online.
1. Visit the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.
2. Click on the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 registration link available on the home page.
3. A new page will open where candidates have to enter the registration details.
4. Once done, fill the application form.
5. Pay the application fee.
6. Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
7. Keep a hard copy of it for further requirement.
After being allotted a seat in Round 2, candidates can express their wish for upgradation in Round 3 if they wish—for this they have to appear in person at the allotted college. If someone does not report to the allotted seat, their security amount may be forfeited.
