NEET UG Counselling 2025: Round 2 Registration Starts Today; Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has started the NEET UG Counseling 2025 Round 2 registration process from 4 September 2025. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in. Only those candidates who have passed the NEET UG 2025 exam will be eligible to participate in this round.
As per the revised schedule, the last date for Round 2 application is 9 September 2025. At the same time, the facility of application fee payment will be available till 3 pm on September 9.
The choice filling facility will be active for the candidates from 5 September to 9 September 2025. After this, the option locking facility will be available from 4 pm to 11:55 pm on September 9. Candidates are advised to fill their options on time and do not forget to lock it.
The seat allocation process for Round 2 will be done from 10 to 11 September 2025. After this, the result of Round 2 seat allotment will be released on 12th September 2025. Candidates who will get the seat will have to report at their allotted college from 13th to 19th September 2025. The verification of the data of the selected candidates will be done by the institute from 20th to 21st September 2025.

- Visit the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 link on the home page.
- A new page will open, fill in the registration details here.
- Login to the account after registration.
- Fill the application form carefully and submit the application fee.
- Download the page after submission.
- Keep a hard copy of it for future requirement.
Seat Matrix Updated by NMC
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the matrix of newly-recognised and increased MBBS seats in medical colleges across the country. The institutes which have increased the number of seats after the first round will have to contribute their new seats on the MCC portal. If the additional seat given by an institute does not match the NMC matrix, it will be cancelled.
