NTA Duplicate Scorecard 2026: How to Get Duplicate Copy for Lost, Stolen or Damaged Scorecard

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the procedure for candidates who need a duplicate NTA scorecard if their original document has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

It is possible for applicants for obtaining a duplicate NTA scorecard in case of loss/theft of the original document or if it gets destroyed. The service can be availed for different NTA exams like NEET UG, JEE Main, UGC NET, CSIR NET and others.

Applicants can obtain their duplicate NTA scorecard by following the process that has been specified by NTA. However, before applying for duplicate NTA scorecard, the applicants must first check if their NTA score card is available in DigiLocker.

In case of availability of the NTA scorecard in DigiLocker, they can simply download the same instead of applying separately for a duplicate one.

How to Apply for NTA Duplicate Scorecard 2026?

Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for a duplicate NTA scorecard:

1. Check Scorecard on DigiLocker

Candidates should first log in to their DigiLocker account and check whether their NTA scorecard is available.

• If the scorecard is available, candidates can download it directly.

• No separate duplicate scorecard application is required.

2. Fill Duplicate Scorecard Application Form

If the scorecard is not available on DigiLocker, candidates need to download and complete Annexure-I provided in the NTA notification dated September 17, 2026.

The application form must include all required details mentioned by NTA.

3. Attach Required Documents

Candidates need to attach all required documents and supporting records along with the completed application form.

Before submission, applicants should ensure that all documents are complete and properly arranged.

4. Submit Application to NTA

Candidates can send the completed application form and documents through email or post.
