Finally, the wait is over for millions of students in West Bengal! The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has released the final and detailed schedule for the 2026 Higher Secondary (HS) or Class 12th exams.

These main WBCHSE exams will begin on February 12, 2026, and continue until February 27, 2026.

This year, the WB Board has implemented a new semester system, under which students' exams will be conducted in two parts.

For students appearing under the new semester system, the exams will be conducted in two phases. Semester III exams, the first semester of Class 12th, have already been successfully conducted in September 2025. Now, all eyes are on Semester IV exams, which will be held in February 2026.

Apart from this, supplementary examination will also be conducted for the students who could not pass in Semester III, the schedule of which has also been given along with the main examinations to be held in February.
