The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has announced the second round seat allotment result for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) counselling 2024 today, July 31. Candidates who registered for the counselling can download the WBJEE round 2 seat allotment result 2024 from the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in.

Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted college for document verification by August 3.
The seat acceptance fee is Rs 5,000 and can be paid through credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.
How to Check the WBJEE Counselling Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2024:
- Visit the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in.
- On the homepage, find and click on the WBJEE Counselling 2024 Round 2 Seat Allotment link.
- Enter your login credentials.
- Submit and view your WBJEE 2024 Round 2 seat allotment result.
- Download the result and take a printout for future reference.
WBJEE Counselling 2024: What to Do After Seat Allotment

If Allotment is Upgraded to First Choice:
- You don't need to pay the seat acceptance fee again.
- Download the new allotment letter from the official website.
- Report to the newly allotted institute and complete all admission formalities (PI reporting).
- Failing to complete these formalities will result in cancellation of your current allotment and exclusion from future seat allotments.

If Allotment is Upgraded to Second or Later Choices:
- You can join the institute of your upgraded allotment.
- Download the new allotment letter, report to the newly allotted institute, and complete all admission formalities (PI reporting).
- Note that joining the upgraded institute disqualifies you from the mop-up round.
- Alternatively, you can choose not to join the upgraded institute and participate in the mop-up round for a different seat.

If Allotment is Not Upgraded:
- You can take admission in the institute of your earlier allotment by completing all admission formalities (PI reporting) at the initially allotted institute.
- Once you complete the admission process, you cannot participate in the mop-up round.
- If you choose not to take admission at the initially allotted institute, you can participate in the mop-up round.

If Allotment was Canceled in Round 1 but Allotted in Round 2:
- Report to the newly allotted institute with the new allotment letter and all required documents for verification.
- Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your allotment and exclusion from future seat allotments.

If No Allotment in Round 1 but Allotted in Round 2:
- Pay the seat acceptance fee, download the allotment letter, and report to the allotted institute with the allotment letter and all required documents for verification.
- Failure to complete these steps will result in cancellation of your allotment and exclusion from the mop-up round.
