The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced that the results for the Madhyamik Examination (Secondary Examination) 2026 will be published on Friday, May 8, 2026. The Board has officially declared the date for the Madhyamik Examination 2026 results.

According to a press release issued by the Secretary on April 17, the results of the Madhyamik Examination will be declared on May 8, 2026 (Friday).

The Board stated that details regarding access to digital networks and related information will be shared periodically; students are requested to refer only to updates provided on the official domains.

The Madhyamik Examination 2026 was conducted from February 2 to February 12.

A total of approximately 9.71 lakh candidates appeared for the examination across 2,682 centers throughout the state. Among these, 5.44 lakh were female candidates, 4.26 lakh were male candidates, and one candidate was registered under the transgender category.

3. Enter Your Login Credentials: Enter your roll number and date of birth in the required fields.

4. Submit and View Your Result: After entering the details, click on the "Submit" button. Your result will be displayed on the screen.

5. Download and Print Your Result: Save your result for future reference by downloading and printing it.

It was further emphasized that students should rely solely on official channels of communication to avoid falling victim to misinformation regarding the Board. This measure aims to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of results through both offline and online mediums.
