The XAT 2026 exam was conducted on January 4. Candidates who appeared for the exam described the question paper as being of moderate difficulty level.

Section-wise analysis revealed that the Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA & LR) section was of moderate difficulty, Decision Making (DM) was easy, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QA & DI) was moderate, General Knowledge (GK) was easy, and Analytical Essay Writing was also easy.

How to Calculate your XAT Score from the Answer Sheet?

You need to do the following:

Add one mark for each correct answer.
Add 0 for each unanswered question.
Subtract 0.25 for each incorrect attempt.
If you have left 8 consecutive questions unanswered, 0.10 marks will be deducted.
Subtract 0 for each incorrect attempt in the General Knowledge section.
The total sum will be your XAT 2026 score.
