The students cannot fill the Odisha Matric Exam Form 2027 individually. The forms will be filled up online using the login ID of the Head of Institution. For correspondence course candidates, the Deputy Secretary of the particular zonal office will complete the form offline process. Who Is Eligible for Odisha HSC Exam Form Fill-Up 2027?

Eligibility Criteria for Odisha Class 10 Board Exam Form 2027 have been announced by the board. Eligible candidates for applying to the examination include the following:

• Regular Students – Students studying in recognized secondary schools and have been promoted to Class 10 on the basis of their Class 9 result for 2025–26 session.
• Ex-Regular Students – Students falling under all Ex-Regular categories starting from 2014.
• Correspondence Course Students – Students taking the board’s Correspondence Course in CC Regular Category.

The board has clearly mentioned that the Ex-Regular students would be taking the same syllabus and question paper as the regular students. Any candidate not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

BSE Odisha HSC Form Fill-Up 2027: Important Rules and Instructions

The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, has given important instructions to schools filling the Odisha Matric Exam Form 2027.

• Subjects: Schools need to fill all the subject details without any error. These subjects cannot be altered once the form has been filled.
• Unauthorised Subject Alteration: In case a candidate writes any exam with unauthorised alteration in the subject, he or she will be marked as "Absent" for that particular subject by the board.
• Special Subject Alternatives: SEP can be opted as Second Language whereas TLV as Third Language only by physically handicapped students.
• Language Details: In case if the First Language of any student is not Odia, then schools need to mention in what language the student will write exams of Mathematics, General Science and Social Science.

Both the schools and students need to make sure that all the details filled in the form are correct before sending the application form.
