Students aspiring to apply for the MBA course in 2024 can register online at iim.cat.ac.in. The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will open the registration window for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 at 10 am on August 1, Thursday.

As per the official CAT 2024 notification, the exam will be held in November 2024. Students can check the exam schedule, eligibility criteria, and other details related to the CAT 2024 exam.

The CAT 2024 exam will be conducted in test centers across 170 cities in India. During registration, MBA aspirants can choose five cities for their exam center preferences. The list of test cities may change at the discretion of the CAT authorities.

CAT 2024 Important Dates

Registration Start Date: August 1 at 10 am
Registration End Date: September 13 at 5 pm
Admit Card Download: After November 5, 2024
Exam Date: November 24, 2024

CAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST, and PwD categories) from a recognized university or educational institution.
Final Year Students: Candidates in their final year of graduation or awaiting results can also apply.
Professional Degrees: Candidates with professional degrees (CA/CS/ICWA (CMA)/FIAI) with the required percentage are eligible.
Conditions to Meet:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree with the required percentage of marks.
- Completed a professional degree with the required percentage.
- Be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree with the required percentage.
