The last date for online registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 has been set for September 20th at 5:00 PM. Candidates can complete the application process by visiting the official website, iimcat.ac.in. This year, the CAT exam is being conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.

The coordinator of CAT 2025 is Professor P. N. Ram Kumar. The registration process began on August 1st and was scheduled to end on September 13th. However, for the convenience of candidates, the deadline has been extended by a week to September 20th.

The CAT coordinator has urged all candidates to use only the official website. In case of any fraud or suspicious activity, immediately contact the CAT Help Desk at cat2025_helpdesk@iimk.ac.in.

The CAT 2025 exam will be held on November 30th, 2025, in three sessions. The exam duration will be 120 minutes (2 hours). The exam will be conducted in approximately 170 cities. Candidates will have the option to select up to five test cities of their choice when applying. One of these cities will be allocated based on availability. If none of the preferred cities are available, a nearby city will be offered.

CAT 2025 Application Process

Visit the website iimcat.ac.in
Click on “Register” and verify with OTP using mobile number and email
After verification, you will receive a login ID and password
Login and fill the application form step by step
Fill in the personal, academic and work experience details
Upload documents and choose preference of exam centers (5 cities)
Pay the fee online and submit the form

It is not necessary to complete the form in one go, you can save it and fill it again in between. But no changes will be made after submitting the form and making the payment.
