CBSE 2025 Supplementary Exam: Last Date to Submit Candidate List - Check Full Details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a reminder to the principals of CBSE affiliated schools regarding the submission of List of Candidates (LOC) for CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Supplementary Exam 2025.

The last date for submitting LOC without late fee is June 17 and with late fee is June 19.CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exams are scheduled to be held on July 15. The exams will be based on the syllabus of the 2024-25 academic session.

All affiliated schools have to submit the list of eligible students on the official CBSE portal within these dates. Late submission will disqualify students from appearing in the exam.

Important Instructions for Schools

Schools have to submit LOC for all students who have been placed in the compartment category, even if those students are not in touch with the school.

For students who have applied for verification or revaluation of marks, it is also mandatory to submit LOC, whether the result is out or not.

If a student's name is not sent in the LOC, he/she will not be able to appear in the supplementary exam.

All principals have to ensure that the LOC is submitted within the time limit.

Eligibility for CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025

Only students who have been declared compartment in CBSE Class 10 or 12 board exam 2025 can apply for the supplementary exam. Such students should contact their school as soon as possible. The school will be responsible for the registration process and coordination.

Procedure for submitting LOC

For schools to submit LOC:

• Visit the official website of CBSE.
• Login using your affiliation number as user ID and the password specified.
• Submit the LOC by filling in the student details in the prescribed format.

Advice to students

Students who have got compartment are advised to immediately contact their school and confirm the registration status. Only those students will be allowed to appear in the examination whose details are included in the LOC sent by the school.
