CBSE Cancels Class 10 Board Exams in Middle East, Postpones March 7 Class 12 Paper
CBSE has changed its 2026 board exam plan for several Middle East centres after reviewing the situation in the region. The update applies to CBSE-affiliated schools in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

CBSE has issued Circular-3 today regarding the Class X & XII Board Exams in the Middle East regions.

What CBSE announced for Class 10
CBSE has cancelled all Class 10 examinations scheduled from March 7 to March 11, 2026 in these countries.
CBSE has also cancelled the papers earlier postponed on March 2, March 5, and March 6, 2026.
CBSE will announce the method for declaring Class 10 results for affected Middle East candidates separately.
What CBSE announced for Class 12
CBSE has postponed the Class 12 exams scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026. CBSE will announce the revised date later.
CBSE will also review the situation on March 7 and then issue instructions for the examinations to be held from Monday, March 9.
