CBSE Class 12th Result Could be Based on 30:30:40 Formula, Check Here How?

Over 1.4 Million students were supposed to appear in the CBSE Board exam held by the CBSE Board. But Now after the class 12th board exam cancellation, the board could evaluate the students on the basis of a special formula that is 30:30:40. This special formula is based upon the mark weightage distribution from the class 10th final board exam, 11th  final exam and the class 12th pre-board exam. 

After a delay from the earlier deadline now the 13 member panel is expected to finalize the class 12th assessment formula and present them in front of the Supreme court tomorrow on June 17. If the assessment criteria or formula will be able to satisfy the SC’s judges and they will find them to be good to implement. Then after the approval from the SC the criteria will be implemented and the result date will be announced very soon. 

However the CBSE Class 12th results are expected to be released by 15th July. But there is not any confirmed date yet. It is also expected that once the CBSE result criteria will be implemented then other state boards can also use that same assessment criteria to release their class 12th board results.

According to the special formula the maximum weightage of 40% will be given to the class 12th pre-board exams. And another 30% weightage will be from the class 10th and class 11th respectively. Moreover, many panelists are in favour of this formula; But the final call is yet to be announced.

Also it is important to know that if this formula is implemented then it will be only for 80 marks, rest 20 marks will be from the practical and the internal assessment as usual norm. For the schools who were not able to conduct the practical exam, they will now have to take the practical and oral exams by online mode and they have to upload the marks on the portal by latest 28 June.
