CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Practical Exams 2025 from July 10 – Check Guidelines

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates and guidelines for practical examinations for class 10th and 12th supplementary examinations. These practical examinations will be conducted from July 10 to July 15, 2025.

CBSE 10th supplementary theory examinations will be held from July 15 to July 22, 2025, while the 12th supplementary examination will be conducted on a single day on July 15. Practical examinations will be held for all students between July 10 and 15.

The board has asked all the students to contact the concerned school or examination center with a copy of their mark sheet, result and admit card by July 7. As per the information received from the school, students have to carefully note the date and time of the practical and appear at the examination center at the scheduled time.

CBSE has clarified that regular students will take practical exams in their own school while private students will take the exam at the centers where they have been allotted for the theory exam. Schools have to prepare a list of students for each subject and contact the regional offices in advance to arrange for external examiners if needed.

Only the answer sheets provided by the regional offices will be used for conducting practicals. Examiners have to fill all the entries carefully and upload the marks of the students on the CBSE portal on the same day. Marks once uploaded will be considered final and no changes will be made to them.

This supplementary exam of CBSE is important for those students who could not clear the main exam and are now trying to improve. Students are advised to complete all the preparations on time and follow all the rules prescribed by the board so that the examination process can be completed smoothly.
