What Happens After GATE 2026 Result?
Once the GATE 2026 result is declared on March 19, candidates who've qualified will receive their GATE Scorecards. The scorecard is valid for three years and can be used for M.Tech admissions in premier institutes like IITs, NITs, and IIITs, as well as for recruitment in top Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
The counseling process for M.Tech admissions through CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech) and COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) will begin shortly after the results are announced.
