The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has announced the results for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024. If you've taken the exam, you can check your GATE 2024 result on the official website, goaps.iisc.ac.in. Just log in using your enrollment number and password to access your scores.

Your GATE 2024 scorecard will include your name, scores, and rank. You can download your scorecard from March 23 to 31 on the official website.

The GATE answer key 2024 was released on February 21, and students had until February 25 to challenge it. The exam took place on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, with two sessions each day - one in the morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and another in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. There were a total of 65 questions.

Here's how to check your GATE 2024 result:

  1. Visit goaps.iisc.ac.in, the official website.
  2. Enter your GATE 2024 enrollment ID or email ID and password.
  3. Click on the login button.
  4. Select the 'View Result' tab.
  5. Your GATE 2024 result PDF will appear.
  6. Download and print your GATE result 2024.

According to GATE 2024 exam analysis, the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) paper was rated moderate to tough, while the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) paper was tougher than last year. The Electrical Engineering (EE) paper was easy to moderate but lengthy.

This year, IISc Bangalore introduced a new paper on data science and artificial intelligence, bringing the total number of GATE papers to 30, up from 29 last year.

GATE scores are used by Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other participating institutions for admission into engineering postgraduate or MTech programs.
