IIM Kozhikode Announces CAT 2025 Exam Slots, Admit Card Awaited

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) is conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT 2025). The institute has now allotted exam slots to all registered candidates. However, there's confusion about when the CAT admit card will be released.

For a few hours, the official website iimcat.ac.in showed that "CAT 2025 Admit Card Download Begins on November 5." When Media Report contacted IIM Kozhikode, an official said this was a technical error that would be fixed soon.

IIM Kozhikode has confirmed that CAT hall tickets will now be released on November 12.

Candidates can check their exam date, session, and test center city by logging into their CAT account. Once the admit cards are released, students can download them using the same login ID and password.

The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for November 30. It will be held in three sessions at test centers across the country. The two-hour test has three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA).

Around 2.95 lakh candidates have registered for CAT 2025, according to IIM Kozhikode. The institute will update its website soon with the correct admit card release date. Students should keep checking the official portal for the latest updates.

Last year, 2.93 lakh candidates took the exam. This included 1.07 lakh female candidates, 1.86 lakh male candidates, and five transgender candidates. CAT 2024 was held on November 24. The provisional answer keys came out on December 3, and final answer keys were released on December 17. The CAT 2024 result was declared on December 19.

IIM Kozhikode will also release a mock test on November 12. The mock test will be available on the official CAT website. It includes sample questions to help candidates get familiar with the exam format and interface.
