IIT Madras released the JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff on June 9, alongside the JEE Advanced results. The cutoff marks are the minimum required to qualify for the entrance exam, varying by category. This year, the qualifying percentile for JEE (Advanced) has reached a five-year high across all categories.
For the general category, the minimum cutoff is 109, and for the general EWS category, it has risen to 98. Candidates can view the JEE Advanced 2024 qualifying marks on this page. Those who qualify must participate in the JoSAA counseling process for admission to IITs. IIT Madras conducted the JEE Advanced 2024 exam on May 26, 2024.

According to the official brochure, the minimum marks needed to qualify for JEE Advanced 2024 are 35% for the general category, 31.5% for OBC-NCL/EWS, and 17.5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. Note that while these are the minimum marks required to pass the IIT JEE Advanced exam, the admission cutoff will differ.
