The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close JEE Main 2026 registration for session 1 today, November 27, 2025. The registration window will be available till 9 pm on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Candidates can apply for the exam using the direct link provided on this page. All applicants must complete the JEE Main registration process, fill out the form, upload documents, and pay the fee.

This year, officials have introduced a new Live Photo Capture feature, which is mandatory to apply for the exam. Additionally, officials will allocate JEE Main 2026 exam centers based on the candidate's current/permanent address.

This has raised questions among students: can the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 registration deadline be extended? The NTA has issued a public notice announcing that the JEE Main 2026 registration deadline for Session 1 will not be extended.

JEE Main 2026 form correction for session 1 will be conducted from December 1 to 2, 2025. Candidates who have made any errors in the JEE Main 2026 application form will be able to edit their submitted form using this one-time facility.

Step 4: Fill out the online application form.
