JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Last Date Today: How to Apply, Fees, and Registration Steps at jeemain.nta.nic.in

Today, 25 February 2026, is the last day to apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2. NTA will close the registration portal by 9:00 PM tonight. However, the fee payment window will remain open until 11:50 PM. Candidates who haven't submitted their application yet must complete the process before the deadline at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam is scheduled between 2 April and 9 April 2026 in two shifts per day. The exact exam dates will be announced by NTA in due course. City slips are expected to be released in the second week of March 2026.

Candidates who didn't appear for the January session and are applying for the first time can follow these steps.

Step 1: Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click on "JEE Main 2026 Registration Session 2" and select "New Candidate Registration"

Step 3: Fill in the required details and complete the registration

Step 4: After registration, proceed to fill the application form

Step 5: Enter all required personal and academic details

Step 6: Upload live photo, scanned photo, and signature in the specified dimensions

Step 7: Pay the application fee online

Step 8: Submit the form and download the confirmation page
