JEE Main 2027 Registration Soon: Check Application Dates, Documents and Eligibility

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the JEE Main 2027 Session 1 notification and Information Bulletin soon. Students who wish to get admission into engineering courses at NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs can apply online on the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main 2027 Session 1 Online Registration process is going to commence in late October 2026. The examination will take place between January 22, 2027, and January 30, 2027, with January 31 being the back-up date.

Documents Required for JEE Main 2027 Registration

The applicant must have the following documents ready prior to beginning the application procedure:

• Aadhar Card: Name and date of birth must match the details mentioned on Class 10 marksheet.
• Scanned Copies: Recent passport size photograph in JPG or JPEG format (between 10 KB to 200 KB) and scanned copy of signature (4 KB to 30 KB).
• Educational Qualification: Class 10 marksheet and Class 12 pass certificate or admit card.
• Category Certificate: Valid EWS, OBC-NCL, SC or ST certificate, where applicable.
• UDID Card: Valid Unique Disability ID card for PwBD applicants.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2027

Candidates may register themselves for JEE Main 2027 through the following process:

• Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.
• Select the ‘JEE Main 2027 Session 1 Registration’ option.
• Go through the registration process with the help of personal information, identity proof, email ID and mobile number for generating application number and password.
• Fill the application form with personal information, academic details and exam city preference.
• Upload the necessary documents, such as photograph, signature and certificate of categories.
• Submit the application fee by paying online using net banking, credit card, debit card and UPI.
• Take a printout of the confirmation page.
