Once released, the hall tickets will be available on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, where registered applicants can log in using their application number and date of birth to download their admit cards.

JEE Main is one of the country's largest engineering entrance examinations, serving as a gateway for admission to premier institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). The April session offers candidates a second opportunity to improve their scores, and the best score obtained across both sessions is considered for the final ranking.

According to the official schedule, the second session of JEE Main 2026 will be conducted in April. Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) is expected to be held on multiple dates during the first and second weeks of the month, followed by Paper 2 (B.Arch./B.Planning). The examination will be conducted in a computer-based mode at various centers across India and abroad, continuing with a multi-shift format to accommodate the large number of candidates.
