JEE Main Session 2 City Slip 2026 Out: Exam Dates Revised – Download Direct Link Here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially revised the schedule for Session 2 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 and has released the city allotment slips for registered candidates.

Candidates can now view their city allotment details by visiting the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password.

👉 JEE Main Session 2 Exam 2026 City Intimation Slip

According to the updated timetable, the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examinations will be conducted in two shifts daily between April 2 and April 8. As per the revised schedule, the examinations for B.E. and B.Tech. (Paper 1) will be held on April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8, while the examinations for B.Arch. and B.Planning (Papers 2A and 2B) will take place on April 7.

Previously, the examinations were scheduled to continue until April 9. The registration window for the session 2 examination closed on March 13, 2026.

How to Download JEE Main 2026 session 2 City Slip?

• Visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.
• On the homepage, click on Session 2 city intimation slip link under the "Candidate Activity" board.
• Enter your application number and password.
• Your city slip will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and save it for future reference.

The city intimation slip provides candidates with information regarding the city where their examination center will be located. This advance notification enables candidates to make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements prior to the examination. However, the city slip is not a substitute for the admit card and serves solely for informational purposes.

The NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination across numerous cities in India as well as at 15 international centers, thereby ensuring wide accessibility for candidates. The admit cards for the examination are expected to be released shortly and will contain essential details such as the candidate's name, roll number, date and time of the examination, center address, and important instructions for the day of the exam.

Candidates are required to download their admit cards using their login credentials, and it is mandatory to carry the hall ticket to the examination center for verification.
