The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the PGCET Round 3 option entry process online on the official website at kea.kar.nic.in.
Candidates who didn't get a seat in the first and second rounds of Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling are eligible to participate in the third round admission process.

Candidates participating in Karnataka PGCET Round 3 counselling must pay a caution deposit of Rs 25,000. The caution deposit will be adjusted in the fees paid by selected candidates after the seat allotment results.
The last date for Karnataka PGCET Round 3 option entry and caution deposit payment has been set for November 6. Candidates participating in the third round must choose new options before the deadline.
KEA will release the Karnataka PGCET provisional seat allotment result for the final counselling round on November 7. The Karnataka PGCET final allotment results for third round MBA admissions will be released on November 8.

Step 5: Fill in your college and course preferences in order of priority
Step 6: Pay the caution deposit of Rs 25,000 through the available online payment modes
Step 7: Lock your choices after careful review
Step 8: Download and save the confirmation page for future reference
Seat Cancellation Process
Candidates can apply to cancel seats allotted in any previous PGCET counselling round by visiting the KEA office by November 6 at 4 PM. Such candidates are eligible to receive a refund of their admission fee after a deduction of Rs 10,000.
