According to the Education minister, if the NEET Exam will be postponed even for a few days, it will lead to at least 60 to 70 days delay.
Therefore, there is no change in the NEET Exam dates. Although, students were demanding to postpone the NEET Exam 2021. It is so because student’s state-level exams are scheduled for the very close date of NEET Exam 2021. NEET 2021 Exam is scheduled to be held on September 12.
The officials said any delay in the NEET Exam may delay it for indefinite days due to the logistics issue.
It is noted that more than 16 lakh students are registered for the NEET 2021 Entrance Exam. and the NTA has already postponed the exam earlier. Once it was scheduled to be held on August 1, but unfortunately they had to shift the exam date to September 12.
There are no dates clashing between state level exams and NEET Exam 2021. But many students have explained it will be tough to prepare for the different exams for different papers together, because dates are very close.
For instance, September 11 and 13 are the Physics and Biology Exam for the MP Board. September 7 and 9 are the Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination, etc.
Therefore, students were asking for the NEET exam postponed and they made many hashtags trending on the twitter, a few of them are #delayNEETUG, #PostponeNEET, etc.
