As per the reports, the UP Board has asked all the affiliated schools to conduct the half-yearly exam this month (November). And it is likely that many schools will start conducting the examination from November 11 that will continue till November 15.
The Uttar Pradesh board had extended the deadline to submit the form for the class 10 and class 12 examinations for 2022. Earlier the last form submission date was October 19, which has been extended to November 8, 2021.
UP Board New Exam Pattern 2022
This examination will be held as per the revised exam pattern where board exams have been divided into two sections. Just like CBSE Board, the UP Board Exams for classes 10th and 12th will be held into 2 sections. Section A will have MCQs Type of questions and Section 2 will be based on the subjective type.
- The board papers will be conducted for 70 marks and the time frame will be 3 hours 15 minutes.
- In section A, a total of 20 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked, each question will carry one mark. while section B will consist of short answer-type and long answer-type questions for 50 marks.
- The OMR Sheet will be used to conduct the section A examination. The main objective of this is to make students aware and habituated to OMR Sheet to give the exam.
