BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 2 Opens After Iteration 3; Check Deadline and Refund Policy

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has launched the BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 2 after the announcement of Iteration 3 seat allocation results. Candidates who are not willing to pursue the admission offered to them can withdraw their admission by making an application online via the official BITS admissions portal.

The facility for BITSAT 2026 admission withdrawal is made available to the candidates only for a certain duration of time. Candidates should complete the withdrawal process before the last date to get a refund as per the refund policy of the institute.

If the candidate is happy with the admission allotted to him/her, then he/she doesn’t have to make a request for withdrawal. They simply have to complete the formalities of admission within the allotted timeframe.

BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 2 Last Date

As per the official admission portal of BITS, the Withdrawal Window 2 for First Degree Programmes shall remain open until 5:00 PM of July 20, 2026.

Those candidates who wish to cancel their admission are required to send the request form through the online application form prior to the deadline. No withdrawal request would be accepted by BITS Pilani beyond this window period.

Candidates need to verify their bank account information prior to sending the request form.

Students can proceed with the following steps to withdraw from the BITSAT 2026 exam:

Step 1 - Go to the official website of BITS Pilani admissions.

Step 2 – Login using application number and password.

Step 3 – Navigate to the admission dashboard.

Step 4 – Choose the ‘Withdrawal’ option.

Step 5 – Verify the bank details used for getting the refund.

Step 6 – Submit the withdrawal form.

Step 7 – Take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt for future use.
