CBSE Board Exams 2024: CBSE Extends Class 9 and 11 Registration Deadline Until October 25, Official Notice
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to extend the registration process for Class 9 and Class 11 students, a decision influenced by recommendations from various schools. The registration of students in these classes is a crucial step that aids CBSE in its preparatory measures for conducting the Class 10 and 12 examinations in the upcoming academic year.

CBSE emphasizes that the initial circular had clearly stated that schools must provide accurate details of students and subjects during registration, as modifications will not be allowed later.
Students enrolling for CBSE Board exams will be required to pay the prescribed registration fee. In the previous year, Indian Class 9th students paid a registration fee of Rs 300, while those abroad paid Rs 500. CBSE maintains its policy of exempting visually impaired students from paying the registration fee.
