Accept & Freeze: Accept the allotment, pay the fees, and get out of the counseling process.

Accept & Upgrade: Retain the allotted seat, but go into Round 2 option entry round to upgrade preference.

Reject & Upgrade: Reject the allotted seat, and directly get into Round 2 choice filling.
