CUET UG 2026 Answer Key: What You Should Do Today

NTA released the CUET UG 2026 provisional answer key on June 9, along with the question papers and recorded responses. The exam was held from May 11 to May 31, 2026, and again on June 6 and June 7, 2026. A total of 15,68,867 candidates registered for the test.

If you haven't checked your answer key yet, do it now. Match your recorded responses against the official key. If you find any answer that looks wrong, you still have time to challenge it, but only until tonight.

CUET Answer Key 2026 Objection Fee

The fee to challenge any question is ₹200 per question, which is non-refundable. The challenge fee can be paid through an online portal by using either a credit/debit card/net banking or UPI. No question will be entertained by NTA unless the challenge fee is paid; no other method except mentioned above is acceptable for payment.

Here is the procedure for lodging your objections within the deadline:

• Login using your application number and password
• Click on the option for 'View/Challenge Answer Key'
• Choose the questions that you wish to challenge
• Attach your documents as a single PDF file
• Deposit the fee of ₹200 for each question challenged

What Happens After the Objection Window Closes

Once the window closes today, a panel of subject experts will review every challenge. If your challenge is found correct, NTA will revise the answer key and apply it to all candidates' responses. NTA will then prepare and declare the result based on the revised final answer key.
