The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 today, June 7. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the provisional answer keys on the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
This year, the CUET UG exam was held between May 15 and 29, 2024. A total of 13,47,618 students registered for CUET UG 2024, including 7.17 lakh male candidates, 6.30 lakh female candidates, and 7 transgender students.
Steps to Raise Objections Against CUET UG Provisional Answer Key 2024
- Visit the Official Website: Go to exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
- Click on the ‘Provisional Answer Key’ Tab: Find it on the home page.
- Login: Enter your email ID and password.
- Choose Questions to Challenge: Select the questions you want to object to.
- Pay the Fee: Submit the required supporting documents.
- Submit Objections: Complete the submission for review.
The objections against the provisional answer key will be evaluated. Based on valid objections, the final answer key will be prepared, and results will be declared accordingly.
CUET UG 2024 Marking Scheme
- Correct Answer: +5 marks
- Incorrect Answer: -1 mark
- Unanswered/Marked for Review: No marks
- Multiple Correct Options: +5 marks for correct questions
- Dropped Questions: +5 marks to those who attempted
