The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026. As per the official notice, the application window will stay open until 11:50 PM on February 4, 2026. After this time, the registration link will be disabled. Students who want admission to central and other participating universities must submit their forms through the official CUET website.

Revised Schedule and Examination Details

NTA has announced that the CUET UG 2026 exam will be held from May 11, 2026, to May 31, 2026. These dates are tentative and may change. The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Test centres will be available across India and in 15 international cities. This makes it easier for candidates from different locations to appear for the exam.

Students appearing for CUET UG 2026 must complete their online application before the extended deadline. Admit Card and Next Steps

After registration closes, NTA will release the city intimation slip first. The CUET UG 2026 admit card will be available on the official portal a few weeks before the exam. Candidates should download their hall tickets and verify all details. They must check the exam date, shift timing, and allotted centre carefully.

The correction window will open from February 9 to February 11, 2026. During this period, candidates can make changes to their application if needed. The fee payment deadline has been extended to February 7, 2026. This gives students enough time to complete their applications without any technical issues.
